We did not have a meeting Tuesday night, and I don't expect we'll have one
this upcoming Tuesday night.

HOWEVER, we do need to have a "post-partum" on the launch, and we need to
discuss the issues Zoe brought up.  It's important to note that all
organizations, when they start out, see a lot of initial enthusiasm,
followed by a drop-off to a handful of committed people.  It's also
important to note that the ratio of girlz to womyn who participated in the
planning and volunteering for the launch was consistently about 50/50.  It's
just that our *real* core group only consisted of around 6 people most of
the time.

I recommend that we hold our post-partum, summer planning, and volunteer
recruitment meeting on a night other than Tuesday, as there are several
people who are unable to make Tuesday night meetings.  We may also consider
having the meeting at a fresh location, which might make it easier to pull
in people who haven't been able to participate yet.

Anyone who is interested in helping plan this largish general meeting, reply
to this email, and we can see about making some of these decisions.

hi everyone,
i'm sorry i wasn't at tuesday's meeting, i will be there next week. i've
been questioning my reasoning and drive for being involved in RAGG right now
and wondering if it's something i can give up to make time for other things,
but the more i think on it the more i want to see this organization in town
and feel that it is something to really dedicate my time to. i think we need
to question why there are fewer people involved than at the beginning and
why most of the underage members are dropping out, though. does anyone have
any insight?
