[RAGG-Core] URGENT - Parking Deck Issues

Girlz and Womyn:
Weighing the advantages and disadvantages, it seems like it would be best to 
have the whole party in OJC.  We could maybe warn the downstairs neighbors, 
and promise them an ending time, at least for the dancing.  That's at least 
my opinion.  What do other people think? What's the best option?
