outreach minutes for april 3, 2002

there's a potluck THIS Friday from 6-8 at the IMC, to lead into the Friday
nite cabaret.

cabaret might move to thursdays, pending approval from the performers who
attend the cabaret on a regular basis.

brian wants to step down as outreach spoke because there's a rumor that
it's seen as "his project".  the group thought it may be best that the
outreach group end so that outreach becomes part of each group rather than
seen as an entity until itself. no objections.  passed by consensus.

the cabaret will be requested to be sponsored by the shows group (still to
be hosted, organized, attended by who has been and wants to, as has been
the case).

membership renewal will be taken over by the finance group, where they
belong, golly darn it.
