[Imc-outreach] copier cost

Hello,

Just got off the phone with the service technician from IKON. To fix the copier labor and parts will be about $360. This quote is with the assumption that we can get by without replacing the drum. He thought that we would be OK with just giving the drum a good cleaning. The cost for a drum alone is $267. 

I told him that I would call back the beginning of next week to schedule the maintainence.
