[Imc-outreach] IMC schedule

My understanding, and it is an old memory so it could be wrong, is that the Socialist Forum does not rent the space for their meetings, they just utilize the front room, which is open to the public, but there is no guarantee that other people won't be in the space. So although I think it fine that we are aware of there meetings and try to not schedule things in conflict with them. If they want to be sure that their meeting time is their's alone, then they should pony up the rental fee. 

But I do agree that scheduling is an issue that needs to be dealt with.
