[Imc-outreach] postcard update:

elizabeth (bless her hear) and i have stamped and addressed all the
postcards. i'm going to drop them in the mailbox as soon as i'm allowed to
leave (i'm staffing for sascha right now).

there were about 17 extra postcards (9 of them with stamps). i'm going to
try to figure out something to do with thiem (any ideas of people to send
them to who wouldn't already be getting a card?).
