[Imc-outreach] outreach minutes 10/13

I guess setting a date was getting way ahead of
ourselves.  I was mostly thinking that we're NOT going
to be in a good place to have an orientation if we're
on the verge, or in the midst of making major changes
and will probably need to focus our efforts on
outreach related to the new building.
