Hi everyone-

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something. The sort of exit interview that I'm 
talking about would be administered by someone who isn't a supervisor, after the 
term of service is completed, so that anonymous feedback can be obtained about 
both the IMC and the program. 


It sounds like what is happening is something different- an internal americorps 
process administered by the program coordinator while the volunteers are still 
active? If this is the case, I'd like to keep it on the agenda. This is an issue 
that came up in community connections as part of our overall 'how is the imc?' 
assessment, but it makes sense to coordinate with the other Americorps 
initiatives.

Good afternoon all,

The agenda put forward for this Thursday represents a lot. The Americorps 
meeting represents the first portion of the finance meeting.  I've scheduled 
additional time to be present.  Thursdays were and are normally a struggle for 
me as stated previously.  I am in the process of completing a year calendar for 
our program.  I would like to have suggestion for training topics sent to me 
directly.  Also, please note that exit interviewing is mandatory and we've 
already been implementing this process.   Any suggestion about questions for 
exiting can also be sent to me.  These items are not agenda items for this 
months agenda for Americorps.  We are in the process of finalizing 2009-2010 
year, and attempting to initiate 2010-2011 programming.
