Carol and I discussed having exit interviews and evaluations yesterday.

With the goal of improving the program as a whole, I would like to see all
exiting AmeriCorps members fill out exit interview and have the renewing
members and Program Director have self and group evaluations done.  These
which are not shared with AmeriCorps but serve as an internal reflection
documents.

I would suggest instead that evaluations be done and one person compiles and
summarize and then present to the group for discussion.

I have attached the templates Prometheus has developed as a guide - lots
will be applicable, but some things will not.  I am hoping that either the
supervisors group or Community Connections can help take the lead on this.
