[Imc-supervisors] scheduling problem for training session

Good morning Supervisors,

I was notified last week that the Program Directors' training that is
scheduled for April 6 - 8 requires the attendance of two staff members from
each program.  During the registration process the schedule was not made
available to programs and there was no indication of simultaneous trainings
that would require to people to cover each session.  I have spoken to a
couple of folk already and have not been able to locate someone who would be
willing to travel to Springfield for the training sessions.  The training
starts on the 6th of april but it looks like someone would really be needed
for the 7 & 8 as stated below.

*April 7th (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - breakfast, lunch and break snacks provided*
Again, there will be two simultaneous trainings scheduled and ALL programs
are required to attend.

*April 8th (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.) breakfast and lunch provided*
Again, there will be two simultaneous trainings scheduled and ALL programs
are required to attend.

If you are able and willing to attend, please let me know asap so that I can
notify the state officer of your attendance.
