[Imc-supervisors] Follow up: Sample project plans to help you structure your work

At Sunday's conversation, folks asked for support on developinf project
plans.

Here are some sample project plans you can use as a template.

The Prometheus plan lays out the entire organization's plan over 2010 for
every program.

The Housing plan lays it our phase by phase.

For ITF, the plan is structured around deliverables. Note the top sheet is
the plan, the second sheet the budget, and the third is to track expenses,
which can be helpful.
