[Imc-supervisors] Outreach Logs Past Due

Good afternoon All,

Outreach logs were due yesterday.  I do not have record of your outreach log
being submitted.  Several reminders were sent to you and your site
supervisors.  The outreach logs being submitted on time as requested allows
me time to combine numbers and report narratives for timely submission to
the state.  Please submit logs by the close to business today to prevent
disciplinary action with regarding to reporting requirements.  If you have
submitted them in other than an email attachment format, please let me know
where to find them asap.
