Good morning Members & Supervisors,

I received this message this morning.  We are required to update all
reporting to the state by April 22,2011, which means that we (members) must
update all reporting to-date and submit it to me by 4/17/2011.  If you've
been keeping current on reporting, this should be painless, for those who
haven't, I'm sorry.  We weren't initially required to submit this report
until 4/30.  that dates has been changed by the National Corporation.

I have to have all members reports/demographics by* 4/17/2011*, in order to
submit my report to the state prior to Program Directors training on
Wednesday.  Reports must be submitted for the following categories.  Please
pay special attention to the areas requested in the Program Officers email
below.  If you have questions, please see me immediately.  We will discuss
this further today during the All AmeriCorps meeting.

I regret to inform you of a change in the due date of your 2010-11 Progress
Report.  The Corporation has changed their due date, therefore, I must
change the due date of your report to the Commission.  Please submit
your *Progress
Reports by C.O.B. on April 22, 2011*.

Your Progress Report should be submitted in OnCorps and include the
following:


   - Progress associated with your approved Performance
Measures(Explanation as to why you didn't meet your goal if
applicable)
   - Demographics (please enter information from Aug. - March in quarter 1
   only)
   - Great Stories submitted by staff and members
   - Success/Challenges
