[Imc-supervisors] Background Checks for site Supervisors

Good afternoon,

We are in the enrollment phase for the 2011-2012 program year.  We are
required to conduct background checks on site supervisors'.  I have arranged
to have the fingerprints done at the Urbana Police Department.  I am trying
to schedule a group visit to the UPD.  Because they are doing it for free to
the program, we need to set a collective date.  If you are the main
supervisor for this program year, please let me know what your availability
is.  Unfortunately, we have to work with their schedule when planning.  I
will find out the best time for the evidence department, who would be
serving us in this capacity.
