This is a forward.  Please review attachments for the upcoming supervisor's
meeting.

Please find attached the requirements that we are under for timesheets for
all members and staff (including volunteer staff supervising AmeriCorps
Members.)  We will discuss this topic and other program requirements at the
first supervisors' meeting in Septmember 7 @ noon.

Just a quick reminder about our meeting tomorrow at 11:30 a.m.  We will meet
on the main floor in the Sunroom.  I have forwarded this email with
attachments to give you all the documents that we will discuss tomorrow.  We
had a state conference call regarding staff/member time sheets.  Please
review the documents and forward any questions you may have, if you are
unable to attend.  Those who will be present can bring their questions to
