Good afternoon All,

Please find enclosed the OnCorps Reports newsletter.  There will be a web
based timesheet and reporting training for Supervisors.  Please check out
the information, and if possible, please join the Webinar that is specific
to Site Supervisors.  Feel free to join any training that fits your
interests.

Finally, we are scheduled to have our first Supervisors' meeting on
Wednesday, September 7.  We will meet up at noon in the Parking lot of the
City of Urbana building, lot on the north side.  We can meet up in the lobby
of the City building, where we have to check-in.  Please bring your drivers
license to complete fingerprinting requirements.  If you've been
fingerprinted and have access to the fingerprinted/background check
documents, please let me know.  If it's within the last 12 months, we can
use those records, especially for those who are DCFS/CANTS cleared.

I know this is a lot, feel free to contact me Tuesday, if you have
questions, specific to you.

your new Program Directors and Supervisors get up and running.

We will be updating our main log in page ("select program year") this week
to reflect the new program year.

If you have programs still running under 2010-11, remind your members and
supervisors to select the correct year before filing reports.

Program Directors must set up new time sheet periods in order for members to
submit time sheets. This setting is linked from the Program Information
record, and can only be changed if you have NO member time sheets pending
for the 2011-12 year. Check your dates carefully before hitting "submit"!
*If you plan to use the (New) Performance Measure reports...*
OK, they may not be all that "new", but they might be new to your Program
Directors and Staff!

We've designed in a lot of flexibility into our *Performance
Measure*reports; what types of data Programs are expected to report on
is determined
by your State Commission.

State Commission staff will first need to set-up a template, and that
template will determine which sections and fields are included in PM
progress reporting forms. You can set up one template for all your programs,
or separate templates for different programs, it's your choice.

We are scheduling a special two session tutorial in September to help Staff
create their PM templates, and Programs understand how to file progress
reports using these forms. Please register for these trainings if using our
"New" Performance Measures is "new" to YOU!
