[Imc-tenants] Temperature in the IMC

Hello All,

It has been brought to my attention that we have had significant problems
with the boiler system over the weekend and that it is cold inside the IMC.

We have contacted the HVAC technician and they will arrive on Monday morning
to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem.

I just wanted everyone to be able to plan accordingly.
