[Imc-tenants] Update on our Heating System

Hello All,

You've probably noticed that the building is warming back up. The HVAC
technician has identified a problem and is ordering parts for the boiler.
 It may take a week for the parts to get here.

We will be keeping the building warm until permanent repairs are
effected. In the meantime, the system could cause the alarm to trip out
again. Due to the possibility that the system may need to be reset, it may
be cool in the building first thing in the morning if the system trips out
overnight. However, we should not experience any more of the chilliness that
we had this morning.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have specific concerns, please
don't hesitate to contact me. I check my email frequently, but you may also
