[Imc-tenants] Stairs update

Hi all,

     The number one question for the past couple of days is "When are those
steps going to be done?" The answer, is semi-soon. Today the contractors are
putting back the original steps north side of the middle section of steps.
They should be done by sometime tomorrow, of course as long as the weather
permits.

  Thank you all for your patients in this whole mess of a project. This
project has been tedious and I am sure we all can not wait for them to be
complete. So, as long as the weather stays dry, the contractors will keep on
working. Lets all ask mother nature to leave us alone so that the stair will
get done.
