[IMC-US] who wants to write up our application?

hi all,

i'm looking for someone to take a first stab at writing up our IMC-US
application for the New IMC list.  so who would like to do this (just
imagine the fame and fortune that would come from writing up this
important historical document ;)?  surely someone is interested!
