Hello my brothers from the IMC latina list:

Boud's message is about a proposal for the creation of a "US-IMC", that will
gather the local IMCs in the US in a website. The current local US sites
will keep existing but there will be a US superwebsite like the global one
indymedia.org.

Boud, from the new-imc group, has already set the approval deadline in the
group: september 23 at 23:00h GMT. He is asking the Latin American and North
American IMCs if they have the intention to suggest alternatives or to block
the proposal to create the US IMC. The block cannot be made by individuals,
only by collectives, and must be interposed in the imc-process group during
their 7 days internal deadline that will follow the new-imc deadline.
