[IMC-US] Re: banner drafts banner drafts

I like the second one.  not the third one (a little too patriotic 
seeming).  the first one is good but it kind of looks like many other IMC 
banners.  the 2nd one is more creative I think.  could the font be 
smoothed out more though?
