i started a laundary list of things for the site, i'll be posting it in a few days.  chicago just went dada and we are (somehow) 
having a spanish and polish translater option put in, where it runs articles through google translator of babble.  a crude 
translator, but still a bridge.

also, one of our tech people mentioned that there have been quite a few new tech volunteers coming forth on the global 
tech list.  he was also quick to point out that getting a site up isn't necesarrily the hard part, it's being a committed tech to do 
maintenance....

oh, do we have someone capable of graphic design implementation?
also, has there been conclusive decision making on whether we are purely syndicated without an open newswire?
