[IMC-US] Re: software

I can't answer the tech questions, but as far as i know there's been no 
decision about "no open newswire" on the U.S. site. That one's a can of 
worms, as i'm sure you know, that's been opened on the Global site during 
the migration process. IMO, we'd be making a mistake eliminating it on the 
U.S. site. Open publishing is THE hallmark of our existence.
