Everyone please note that there is nothing in the proposal that the "news" written up by
the local US IMCs has to be "local" or "US" news,  so world events qualify.

This is a good thing.

There is "soapboxing" inherent in selection of stories and in how they are written.  This
is just radical journalism 101.  There is a distinction between this and "revolutionary
masses must rise up to defeat Susie Cxmpflgh's re-election".
