What is tech status on the site?

http://indymedia.us does not work yet, but that is what the banner says.

Can (any of) the banners that Ana sent to the list go up yet?

Does the media gallery work?
(no image is currently displayed)

Has there even been talk yet about forming an editorial collective?
(it sounds familiar, but it must of have been a while ago...)

none the less... all in all... i'm down to just figure it all out as we go...

do we want a mission statement or editorial policy
(or, do we have that yet?)

etc...
