[IMC-US] PROPOSED: Arafat on the verge of death

lets not assume everyone has the latest hardware/software to see cool features.  This is a
class issue.  Many of us and a zillion others are recycling old computers to internet
newbies and these computers run something like IE 4 or Netscape 4.7.
