[IMC-US] new admin, big muddy

I just set up Running Dog from Big Muddy IMC with an admin account over the
phone. He's still got to log in and give it a whirl, but he knows where to find
folks online now, too.

Big Muddy doesn't currently into the US wire. Can someone look into this? If
there's anything they need to do, just send Running Dog an email -- BM's got a
couple of techs who could possible fix problems on their end.
