[IMC-US] How to Promote?

don't be scared!

for now, just drop a line to us-imc-editorial at lists.ucimc.org
suggesting the article as a feature, wait six hours for other people
to react/block/suggest additional material, then promote it(just click
the button that says promote to center column) no reactions=passive
consensus, but it's nice to hear people agreeing, even if in a two
word email.

in the near future, this is going to be replaced by a streamlined
process, but i haven't done the tech bits yet....
