[IMC-US] what we want from indyconference

I agree, especially regarding this project specifically that visioning is
important. most of us mostly agreed that a us-imc would be a good idea, and now
here we are- what is good and what needs work? but I would like to put out there
that visioning is no good unless it turns into results at some point, so
hopefully we'll be able to talk nuts and bolts as well.
