ok, i've promoted indybay's extensive coverage!

i'd love to have links to all the actions [people turned out in santa cruz
too...], but i don't have the time to look into them all....

perhaps more encompassing features will appear on indymedia.us AFTER
IndyConf.... that's a little joke aimed at all the positive hopes we have
for this site after IndyConf..... I too have my hopes.....

I also went ahead and changed our inagural coverage 'startpage special'
into a regular feature and we can watch it traverse down the center column
as new news filters to the top, and so on....
