[IMC-US] Admin access request

Hello, all. I was curious if i could assume shared
admin access to the US site for article promotion and
such. Saw in the last meeting minutes, after I snoozed
off, that this was a concern. I have time occasionally
to scan and promote. Do the same at Binghamton.

Please let me know if that's possible, and if so, what
is needed from me to make it happen.
