[IMC-US] IMC NYC functional again, but problems with syndication

The NYC IMC is working again. Thanks for adding us to
the "sick list" :)

That said, since we move our servers, we're not
syndicating anymore (to IMC US or to Indy Global). Any
ideas on what to do?
