[IMC-US] our last irc meeting

I want to have an outreach checkin. I have edited the wiki to the best 
of my knowledge: http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Local/ImcUsOutreach
According to that info, there are still about 20 local IMCs that need 
some form of outreach. You can identify those sites by the lack of a 
name next to the field: who is outreaching.
***If you have attempted some sort of outreach to a local IMC, please 
email the list with the status of that IMC. Include information on 
whether or not you have secured a contact person, whether or not they 
would like to be syndicated, whether or not they need help with 
syndication, etc.***

okay.  here is my list, and i am updating it on the wiki as well.

danbury:  i know folks here if you want contact info.

hartford:  i have a few contacts here.  they used to have a webpage but 
it os offline now.  they focus on a print project.  they could use tech 
help to set up an OP webpage if any techies want to take that one, email 
me off list about it and i will send contact info.

idaho:  i changed from do to bht/mark burdett.  they are also offline 
and need tech help.  i am in contact with them and put mark in contact 
to help them techwise.  i dont currently know the status.

las vegas:  i made no change.  they are still developing, pgh folks are 
helping them, could one of you also help get them syndicated if they 
want it?

tampa bay:  i will contact them soon and see what they need/want.  i 
have been in contact with them for awhile, they recently passed new imc 
and should be in the contact db now.

i think that is all for me that would be useful.  i wont be doing much 
outreach, aside from the idaho folks and the folks in tampa.
