[IMC-US] reconnoitering

Just an update, NM-IMC is back up.  We didn't have a
problem with hacking, just with local servers.  Were
back up thanks to Pittsburgh IMC.  But we always need
a hand with tech stuff, so if any IMC's have techies
to spare it would be appreciated.
