[IMC-US] us indy meeting this thursday 5pm eastern

okay, we've heard back from a whopping four people total concerning the call for
an online chat meeting -- john from baltimore, emily from michigan, muna from
richmond, and sheri from seattle with comments. both wednesday and thursday
work for the three people who have responded with interest in participating.

let's go with thursday, march 24, at 5pm eastern... perhaps the extra day will
allow folks more time to prepare and plan to participate. 

i know this is by far not ideal, but it's a start.

sheri, thanks for your suggestions and support. i'll definitely act with those
in mind in the future. my suggestions where based on my availability this week,
which is a bit irregular... i would really really really like to hear from
people what times might work best for regular working meetings online. but,
yes, weekends, night times, and much more advance notice.
