Hi Cope,

I think the IMC can cover this.  I'll add it to our list of upcoming
assignments and we'll assign it at our next meeting this Sunday at noon.  

If you're organizing this you probably don't want to bother with audio
training too.  But if you want, the IMC recorder can show you how to
record the event that night.  Otherwise, we'll save it for a rainy day.

Thanks for the info.  We can try to do a short news and/or opinion piece
on it too and you could include this in the WEFT session.

We've been talking about focusing on race in the local schools since the
racial climate survey will be released Dec 11.  If we're lucky, the survey
will act as a wake up call about racism in this community.

I'll let you know after Sunday who will be covering the event.
