[Imc] chub conner space

I ran into Beverly Beavers who owns the Stevens building where the Chub
Conner Campaign was.

We can't get into the space Sunday after our meeting, but she wants to
show it to us Tuesday.  We'll make a time at the Sunday meeting.

Here's the info:

- $700/mo including heat
- c$150/mo electricity/gas
- renovations to whole building scheduled for next year.
- space available Dec 1, 2000
- she said "we are very willing to work with you"
