[Imc] N30 - yes to the film, no to the website party

i don't remember any discussion of moving the website party to a later
date.  who made this decision, and why? 

not that i'm disagreeing with the decision, however i don't like the idea
that one or two people make decisions for the rest of us, without at least
opening up for possibilities....there was a committee of people (of which
i am/was one) who were working on putting together the website party and i
heard nothing about this switch.
