[Imc] AFSCME Picket at County Board

I attended the AFSCME picket at the County Board meeting this evening.
The minidisc I made turned into a report about 8 and a half minutes long
on the current labor situation at the county and the Living Wage
candidate survey. There is about another 20 minutes of various chanting
and testimony on it not used.

This includes an accidental addition of Rich Porter representing the
Stop the Casino Coalition that opposes the Miami land claim, which the
County Board was also considering a resolution in opposition to tonight.
It's amazing how those Libertarians and Republicans from Ford County are
in such a hurry to convert public funds to private use. I would imagine
our nearly-as-reactionary County Board will do the same.

William G. will be playing the report I did on Eclectic Seizure tomorrow
night on WEFT between 8-10pm. I will get the minidisc to the archive
after that.
