[Imc] IMC Orientation / Workshop

I'm coordinating the first IMC Orientation / Introduction Workshop, which 
is happening Saturday , April 21st noon - 2pm at the IMC.  The purpose of 
this workshop is to invite folks in to learn more about the IMC and how to 
take advantage of it.

I really need at least one person from each working group to commit to come 
to this workshop to give a short presentation about your working group, 
what you do, and detail some things/jobs you need done.  ESPECIALLY, I'd 
like to see at least a couple of reps from the News group, since that is 
really our public face.

I know it's a busy time with Earth Day and the FTAA going on that weekend, 
but because it's a busy weekend it's a great time to kick things up.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you can come.  If you can't make 
it for the whole time PLEASE let me know if you can just come for 1/2 hour 
or so, and I'll schedule you in.

This is our first big outreach project and an important way for us to 
expand our volunteering membership -- please lend a hand to make it happen!
