On Tuesday, August 21st at 9pm, WIL-TV will carry the POV program "Life and
Debt." According to the program description: "Using Jamaica as its focus,
this documentary by Stephanie Black, presents an in-depth examination of the
impact of the International Monetary Fund's global economic policies on a
developing nation's economy."
