[Imc] MiniDisc decks

Eventually I think the IMC needs to buy some of its own equipment--I don't
think it will ever be feasible for us to rely exclusively upon donations to
make this happen.

A minidisc deck is probably a good place to start as it is very important
to ongoing efforts. The tech/equipment group has put together a "wish
list" --perhaps we can create a second list that is "things we'd like to
buy real soon."

As we start getting memberships we'll have a better idea of what our budget
can look like, and begin figuring out what, if anything, we can spend on
acquiring equipment.

As a hedge, some benefactors could buy an MD deck with eye towards the IMC
buying it when it's able. I'm already giving as a founding funder, so I
personally don't think I can swing even more donations.
