[Imc] Opening the IMC space on Saturdays...

i asked that we put "staffing coordinator" on sunday's meeting agenda, so
hopefully this will get resolved tomorrow.  there is a list of people with
keys, but it is by the telephone inside the IMC.  so here is the current list
(with contact information) for future reference:
