[Imc] New Database for Imc

As was announced at this Sunday's meeting, the imc-library database is
ready for data entry of imc-produced material. The database is at:

http://che.onthejob.net/~bobcook/firstDraft

So whenever you have a new piece you wish to archive with the imc
please fill out the web-form at the above address. Please fill out the
form as completely as possible! Provide as detailed a description as you
can of the item(s) you are archiving.

Please direct any questions to either myself, or another librarian.
