Dear IMC'ers
	
In preparation for this week's steering group meeting, would
persons/groups with new or important agenda items please bring them to my
attention by Saturday.   "New or important" implies items either apart
from work group updates and/or lengthy discussions concerning relevant
issues. 

All those planning to attend, please take time to read the
librarians' "Policies for Review" sent out to the list earlier this week
by James Jacobs.  Bring all kudos, questions, concerns to discussion so
that a concensus can be reached to begin implementation of the library
policies.

A reminder for working groups:  March 4th is the deadline for complying
with the IMC structure, at which time all working groups should have
"empowered spokespersons" delegated to the steering committee.  Thus, as
the hammer has yet to fall . . . come one, come all.

Lastly, PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY AT OR BEFORE NOON!  Last week's meeting
dragged on too long because of all the late arrivers.
