Pease read and forward widely:

On Monday, February 19th at 7p.m. at the Mellon Administrative Building (on
the corner of New and John Street in Champaign), the University of Illinois
School Climate Research Team (SCRT) will publicly release results from its
School Climate Survey. This survey has received heavy criticism because parts
of it focus directly on the racial climate of Champaign public schools.
People who have concerns about the climate in Champaign Schools are worried
that constituencies hostile to the survey will show up for this public release
and that without fuller public participation in this event, the public dialog
will be one-sided. They are asking that all interested parties come to this
public School Board meeting so that their concerns can be heard.

Time: 7 p.m.
Place: Mellon Administrative Building (corner of New and John in Champaign)
Reason: Public release of School Climate Survey results

Results will also be posted on the project's website:
http://www.psych.uiuc.edu/climate
