[Imc] business card design.

i've tried to incorporate as many changes as possible and paul young has
redesigned our card.  unless folks really hate it, we will go with this
design.  revisions include:

changing the logo to black on white (instead of white on black) which will
allow people to write info on the card

"urbana-champaign" added to independent media center

flipping the order of hours and webstuff
