[Imc] Sink and Drainboard Use

Anyone using the back sink, with newly installed drainboard, needs to
take care not to slop too much water on the floor. Our landlords'
computers are directly below that area in the basement and excess water
will leak through and onto their stuff. Please be aware of that whenever
using the sink and drainboard.

In general, the whole back room's floor is not waterproof. If you mop
it, don't slosh excess water on it, as it may leak into the workspace
below. A mop properly rung out should be fine, just don't make like you
are swabbing the decks through the use of excessive water.
