[Imc] IMC and WILL folo-up

I think this is a great opportunity, too.  However, I would like to make 
sure that either (or both) the news collective/group and/or the whole IMC 
group agree to things like terms and timelines before anything is agreed to.

I don't know that this is necessary before having a meeting with Jay--it 
all depends on what outcome is expected from that meeting.

Is this a reasonable request?
